-Love the Lord
-Have a good reputation
-Be Pentecostal in practice as well as belief
-Relate well to children and their parents
-Be able to share the gospel in a way that kids can understand
-Be creative and energetic
-Work well with volunteers
-Be self-motivated, organized, and disciplined
-Have a college degree (prefer in an area related to Children's Ministry)
-Be in good health and sound mind
-Be credentialed with the A/G (or) be willing and able to do so.

We would prefer someone who already has experience working as a Children's Pastor and who has some musical ability on keyboard or guitar.

The position includes a competitive salary and good benefits (including a church owned home to live in). The position will open up in July of this year (2010).
