The McCord Road Christian Church in Sylvania, Ohio is seeking a full-time Minister of Music and Worship Arts. Key responsibilities will be to serve as developer, coach and administrator of the music and other worship arts components for all three worship services. This includes bands, music and drama teams, special music and planning. Candidate must be skilled and experienced as a musician and as a worship leader. Must also have the gifts and passion for developing and coaching others as well as strong administrative ability along with sensitivity toward the moving of the Holy Spirit during worship services.

This suburban church is located in the thriving community of Sylvania in northwest Ohio and has experienced steady growth over the past several years. Over 500 attend on average each Sunday. A recently completed $3,000,000 addition signals continued growth for the future. The congregation has a strong emphasis and investment in children and youth ministries and highly active adult ministries.
