The Church of the Good Shepherd, a United Methodist congregation, is seeking a Director of Youth Ministries for 500+ member church in Vienna, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, DC. This staff member would support Sunday School for youth, confirmation, youth group, and youth mission trips. We are looking for a dynamic person of faith and creativity who can inspire youth and work well with adult volunteers. Must be able to teach and model beliefs consistent with the United Methodist Church. Salaried position, estimated 10-15 hours per week. Theological training is preferred. United Methodist background strongly preferred.
